Returns Policy

If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a return or an exchange; providing they are in their original packaging and are in a resalable condition.

All Items unless specified are eligible for exchange if they meet the following conditions

The request is within 30 days of the receipt
Items must be unworn, unused, and in the original condition
The packaging must be completely intact and all tags attached

uveng will not accept any returns without prior written communication.

To request a return, an exchange, or inquiries about your order please email customer service at support@uveng.com Include your order number in the subject line for the best results.

uveng reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the policy.

Note: You will need to return it to our warehouse address at your own expense.

Can I cancel my order?

You can contact us to cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order, and we will cancel the order for you and give you a full refund. If you need to cancel the order due to customer reasons after 24 hours, we will charge a 15% order processing fee, and we will provide You refund 85% of the order value.

Refund Payment

Your refund will be processed within 3 days after we receive the return package for you.
Please note that the refund part only includes the cost of the item, the shipping cost will be deducted.
After processing the refund for you, we will send you a refund email. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be processed by the bank, which takes about 3-10 days to process. Please pay attention to your credit card refund records and bills. If you find no relevant records, please contact your bank to check the refund progress.
Orders paid with Paypal will be processed by Paypal and refunded to your Paypal account within 1-2 days
